A proven process from contact to completion ensures a smooth, stress free journey for the construction of your new home.
Stage 1 - Initial Consultation: During your initial complimentary consultation with Jeff, discussions regarding your individual needs and desires, budgets and design concepts will take place. Once it has been established that you are comfortable to move onto the next stage, a preliminary agreement can be signed and the process is then set in motion.
Stage 2 - Plans and Pricing: At this point, if you don’t already have your own plans, Jeff will work with you in developing concept plans/sketches with an architect/designer best suited to your needs. Our preferred Engineers and Surveyor will also be engaged for preliminary design works.Once this information has been collated, we can then commence with providing you a detailed estimate for the construction of your unique home.
Stage3 - Building Approvals: To ensure a smooth transition between plans to approval, Norton Homes engage a Planning Manager that will manage the entire process, working with Local Government and Private Certifiers.
Stage 4 - Contracts: Once all building approvals have been received and pricing is confirmed, a Building Contract will be signed and works can commence.
Stage 5 - Construction: As construction commences you will meet more members of our team, each committed to making the journey towards completion of your home an enjoyable and rewarding one.
Stage 6 - Completion & Handover: Finally the big day arrives: Handover –the day you move into your new home. ENJOY!
